1. Acceptance
By using aadvanya.in or our app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew based on the cadence you choose (daily/alternate/weekly). You can pause, skip or cancel any time from your account — no questions asked.
3. Pricing & taxes
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to revise pricing with 7 days’ written notice to active subscribers.
4. Delivery
We deliver chilled glass bottles before sunrise across our service cities. Empty bottles are collected on the next delivery — please rinse and keep ready.
5. Quality
Every batch is NABL-lab verified for A2 purity, fat content and hygiene. If you ever receive an unsatisfactory product, we refund or replace immediately.
6. Account
You’re responsible for keeping your phone number and address up to date. We aren’t liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
7. Force majeure
Disruptions due to natural events, strikes or government action are beyond our control. We’ll compensate via wallet credit for missed deliveries.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
