Shipping Policy
Glass-bottle delivery, before sunrise, every single day.

1. Service area
Daily glass-bottle milk subscriptions are delivered exclusively across Gurugram, Haryana via our own pre-dawn delivery fleet. For ghee, sweets and shelf-stable products, we ship pan-India through Shiprocket courier partners (delivery in 3-5 working days).
2. Delivery windows
Morning slot: 5:00 – 8:00 am · Evening slot: 5:00 – 8:00 pm. Choose your slot during checkout.
3. Delivery charges
Free delivery for all subscription orders. One-time orders below ₹499 attract a nominal delivery fee of ₹29.
4. Glass bottles
All milk is delivered in 1L sterilised glass bottles. Please rinse and keep them at your door for collection on the next delivery.
5. Missed deliveries
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you, we’ll attempt re-delivery in the same slot. After 2 missed attempts, the day’s order is credited back to your wallet.
6. Tracking
You’ll receive a WhatsApp alert when your delivery is on the way and again when delivered, with a real-time map link.
