Refund & Return Policy

1. The Advanya promise
If you’re not happy with any delivery — for any reason — we refund or replace. No questions asked. Just call or WhatsApp +91 98765 43210 within 24 hours of delivery.
2. What qualifies
Damaged bottles, spoiled milk, incorrect items, missed deliveries, quality concerns. We treat every report seriously.
3. Refund timeline
Refunds are credited to your Advanya wallet within 1 hour (instant) or back to your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
4. Subscription cancellations
Cancel any active subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Any unused wallet balance is refunded within 7 days on request.
5. Glass bottle deposits
A refundable deposit may apply on glass bottles in some cities. Return the bottles on your next delivery and the deposit is added back to your wallet.
6. Returns of ghee/dairy products
For sealed products (ghee jars, etc.), unopened items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund. Opened items qualify only for quality-based replacement.
